A hybrid crash course from a world class FTC team, the Technicbots 8565, on getting started with FIRST Tech Challenge. Teaching Assistant Team: FTC 18227, ACP/Area 52

In this course, you will learn all the basics of the FTC Robotics Platform, including:
-- FTC kits of parts systems
-- Hardware subsystem design
-- Computer Aided Design (CAD) of robot, which will involve creating custom parts for a servo to complete a challenge
-- Robot configuration
-- Blocks and OnBot Java programming environment
-- FTC SDK Autonomous and Teleop programming
-- FTC season logistics.

No prior knowledge needed.
Limited to 16 participants with 2 participants per robot.

Course Materials:
--- Laptop with CAD software (setup instructions will be sent one week before course start)
--- Optional: REV minibot hardware kit and Control & Power bundle or FTC team REV competition kit and communication kit

Virtual Sessions:
--- Thursday (7/29): 7pm to 10pm
--- Friday (7/30): 7pm to 10pm

In-person Sessions:
--- Saturday (7/31): 9am to 4pm
--- Sunday (8/1): 9am to 4pm

Price: $300 per person (extra $50 material usage fee per person if use materials provided by the course)
