Interfaith Community Partners is a non profit organization whose mission is to maximize the independence and well-being of older adults by enabling connections with others in their community. ICP provides older adults with safe, accompanied transportation to medical appointments, therapies, and life-enhancing errands including the grocery store, bank, and hairdresser.
